Delete your Calco account
Calco: Calorie Tracker — how to delete your account and the data that goes with it.
You can delete your Calco account and all data associated with it at any time. You do not need to contact us — deletion is built into the app — but an email option is available below if you can no longer access the app.
Option 1 — Delete your account in the app (immediate)
- Open Calco and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes:
- your sign-in account (email or Google),
- all data synced to the cloud: profile, diary entries, weigh-ins, water logs, custom foods, recipes and settings,
- all data stored on the device (the app resets as if freshly installed).
If you recently signed in on a new device, the app may ask you to sign out and back in once before deleting — this is a security safeguard.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us at calco.support.it@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered with, with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will delete the account and all associated cloud data and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and should be cancelled there (Play Store → Payments and subscriptions) — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
